We publish our methodology openly for exactly this reason. If you're a business owner and you believe your score is inaccurate — a missing signal, an old review, a miscounted criterion - email [email protected] with the listing URL and the specific criterion you'd like us to re-check.
We will not remove or soften a score in exchange for a featured-placement purchase, a favourable review of us, or any other commercial arrangement. That's the whole point.
